the shower pressure was terrible. water was very scarce. at breakfast, the staff were unfriendly and slow. they weren't accommodating with a late checkout, even though the room was available.

This hotel has three pools, each offering a refreshing escape! The breakfast buffet featured a vast selection of options. The staff anticipated all our needs, providing beach towels and arranging airport transport with ease. The food was excellent. The breakfast had both Western and local dishes.

The wifi connection in the room was unfortunately a little weak.

The rooms had a patio with a chair. a water bowl for cleaning feet, offering extra comfort. THE beds were big and comfortable, furthermore, all rooms have amazing views of the bay.

Three pools are on the hotel. Two are shallow, and one is deep, offering variety. It felt safe as evening security staff patrolled, and the tuk-tuk service to the bridge near town made going there easy.

I found the free tuk-tuk service into town very convenient. Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean . Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options each day. I especially liked the made-to-order dishes.
