scarce water unfriendly staff
the shower pressure was terrible. water was very scarce. at breakfast, the staff were unfriendly and slow. they weren't accommodating with a late checkout, even though the room was available.

free tuk-tuk super clean room made-to-order dishes
I found the free tuk-tuk service into town very convenient. Daily housekeeping kept the room super clean . Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options each day. I especially liked the made-to-order dishes.

the tuktuk service was available 24/7. customer service was excellent. i found the food to be delicious. i appreciated the convenient transportation.
the wifi connection in the room was not reliable, causing some inconvenience.
